Please start with closing your browser and clearing all cache and cookies, if you are having any issues uploading or downloading documents or logging in and out of your account.

Common questions

Login to your candidate account on PawsDesk.com. Click on “Manage Profile”. Scroll down to headline “CV”. Upload your relevant CV or Resume Files.

Yes! You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by managing your account profile.Login to your candidate account on PawsDesk.com. Choose “Manage Notifications”.  Find Headline ” Newsletter”. Choose the news subscription of choice and click on “Apply changes”.

You must have an account and subscribe to a package to apply for any jobs on this platform.

You can do this easily by registering for an account. Verifying your email to activate your account profile. Log in to your account with your newly created Username and Password. Go to “Packages” and then select the package you would like to use. You can then start applying for jobs.

PawsDesk Direct Hire Jobs will only need a registration and no package is necessary to apply.  Everyone has the opportunity to use a free account package to apply for jobs.

If your application was rejected one of the following happened:

  1. You did not meet the qualifications for the position which you applied.
  2. Your profile was not fully completed. ( By completing all profile details you increase your success with receiving job offers.)
  3. You had no profile picture.
  4. The positions were full and you will have to wait until the next hire opening.
  5. The Employer could not contact you.

 

There are many other reasons an employer would reject your application. Please be sure to review the full details of any job post before applying. There are many applications being reviewed at a time you want to be sure you meet the most basic requirements and have your profile stand out.

General

Please create an account by visiting https://www.pawsdesk.com/register/.

Fill out the details or sign up using your social site credentials. Take a few minutes to complete your profile and choose a registration package by going to “package” while you are logged in.

Login to your PaswDesk account. Choose manage profile. Scroll to the bottom and create a new password. Choose the “apply” button to save.

Please make sure you are using a pdf or word document. These are the file types that load most successfully. Check your document to be sure you are using the correct file to upload.

We would hate for you to leave. However, if you would like to delete your account you can do this by logging into your account on pawsdesk.com. Click on “Manage Profile”. Scroll down to delete your account.

If your account cannot be deleted, please email Help@Pawsdesk.com and request your account to be deleted. Please wait at least 14 days for the request to be completed.

Billing

Log in to your account. Choose “Packages”. Change your package to free.

Log in to your account on PawsDesk.com. Manage Profile. Change your billing address information. If you are using PayPal or any other third party to pay you will need to change your information instead on the website that processes your payments to Pawsdesk.com.

If your application is still stuck on pending. The employer has not yet reviewed your application or parts of your application is still missing. Please review the information or delete and resubmit the application.

Before Deleting reach out to the employer by contacting them and asking for information regarding its review.

Candidates

You can update your profile information by logging into your PawsDesk Account. Choosing Manage Profile. Update any details that are relevant to change.

Pawsdesk Direct Hire is PawsDesk virtual calling center. We provide services to employers directly as well as allow for employers to find their own candidates. We highly encourage all applicants to include a photo and if you are creating a job video on your profile. Putting your best foot forward never hurts. Employers get a better idea of who you are and how you will represent their company on PawsDesk without digging or searching for you on social media sites. You want to put as much information here as possible to deter them from having to do more research.

Most will do more research but the more you include here the less they will dig for elsewhere.

Employers including PawsDesk need to know you are a real candidate and not a bot and they are required to do the same.

If your application is successful, please follow up with the job in 48 hours to see if you have met the qualifications. If there are more applications sent to your inbox to further investigate your qualifications please complete them.

Many times jobs here have more extensive job application processes. You might have to fill out additional applications that require duplicate information inputs. Please just follow the sequence they are requesting. All information data placed here does not flow into other job portals or employer systems.

Most of all be patient and keep tabs on the application and any emails sent to you that require immediate responses.

Candidate hires usually take between 2 weeks and 3 months to complete depending on the employer.

You can purchase a support package by emailing Help@PawsDesk.com. Write into the subject line Support package. We can help you design your profile or Job and Marketing details. If there is anything else such as photo editing ect you would like please put it in the details and we can provide you a quote.

As an Employer, if you would like agents to respond to your applicants please do the same as above and tell us. How many agents you will need. The vetting requirements.
